How to Brush Your Teeth?

Proper brushing technique is essential for maintaining **healthy gums and teeth**. Brush the **inner, outer, and chewing surfaces** of your teeth twice a day for **at least two minutes** using a toothbrush. Tilt the toothbrush at a **45° angle** so that the bristles reach the gum line.

For cleaning teeth with **Theodent toothpaste**, we recommend **spitting out excess foam and rinsing your mouth** after the first brushing.
