GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The buyer can be either a natural or legal person, based on the information provided when placing the order. A natural person is exclusively a buyer who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of their professional or business activities.

By submitting an inquiry, the buyer confirms acceptance of the general terms and conditions published on this page, as well as other published terms and any future changes made by the administrator.

Oral Hygiene VBO Ltd. and the buyer regulate their mutual obligations with these general terms and the Consumer Protection Act.

The buyer is bound by the general terms at the moment of placing the order (online purchase).

In the case of a traditional purchase, the buyer is bound to the order by submitting an order via email or issuing a company purchase order.

PRODUCT PRICES

All product prices are stated in EUR and include VAT (value-added tax).

• Price: The regular price at which the item is sold.
• Discounted Price: A reduced regular price at which the item is sold for a limited or indefinite time.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCT LABELING

• Discounted/Promotional Price: Items currently on sale for a limited period.
• Last Pieces: Items with a reduced price for an indefinite period or until stock runs out.

Prices may change over time without prior notice. The prices valid at the time of confirmed inquiry apply to individual products, except in cases of pricing errors. Despite constant checking, mistakes in pricing can occur. In such cases, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible (via email or phone) and attempt to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

The purchase contract between the buyer and the provider is concluded when the buyer pays the amount of the received proforma invoice/order or, in special cases, when they sign the delivery note for the received goods. The buyer receives an invoice in the package or separately by mail, detailing the transaction.

ORDER CANCELLATION – BY THE CUSTOMER

The buyer may cancel their order within 30 minutes after placing the order without incurring any costs. When canceling an order, the buyer must provide their full name and order number.

ORDER REJECTION – BY THE SELLER

Oral Hygiene VBO Ltd. reserves the right to reject any order that it deems cannot be fulfilled under the stated conditions. The company may also reject orders it considers suspicious.

Additionally, Oral Hygiene VBO Ltd. may reject online orders exceeding €500 and require the buyer to submit an official company purchase order, especially for customized goods. This measure protects the company from potential returns of personalized or custom-made items.

RETURN OF GOODS

Consumers who conclude a contract/purchase remotely (via an online store) in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act have the right to withdraw from the contract/purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without providing any reason. The notification must be made in writing via email (info@vbodental.si) and include the withdrawal form.

Oral Hygiene VBO Ltd. will refund the amount paid for the returned goods as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

DELIVERY TIMES, SHIPPING, AND PERSONAL PICKUP

Delivery time: If your ordered item is not in stock, we will order it and send it to you as soon as possible.

The estimated delivery time for each item is stated on the individual product page.

Sometimes, delivery may take longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience. We strive to deliver within the stated time frame, but we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date as it depends on stock availability.

Shipping is carried out by our contractual partner, Pošta Slovenije.

Shipping costs

• €4.90 (including VAT)

Free shipping applies to purchases over €50 including VAT.

If paying by cash on delivery, an additional fee of €1.70 including VAT applies.

If the customer is not at home during delivery, they can arrange with the courier to collect the package at another pickup location.
